Main Description

Describe the current state organization diagram, containing all organizational units, structure and positions. Main focus will be on the organizational structure (the who question). The Organizational Chart is a typical model to describe the organizational structure. This chart reflects the organizational units as task performers and their relationships. An organizational unit can be a department or a function carrying out the tasks that must be performed in order to reach the objectives.

Employees can be assigned a specific role in the organization (e.g. department head, group leader or project manager).

The approach consists of two steps:
